On Wednesday, November 6, Matthew I. Hirsch paid a visit to Penn State University. As a graduate of Penn State, Matt especially appreciated the opportunity to speak with a large group of international students enrolled at the University. With more than 6,000 international students and scholars, Penn State University is twelfth in the nation in international enrollment. The students attending the program, including undergraduates, graduates and doctoral students, post-doctoral fellows and faculty, came from every corner of the globe.
Mr. Hirsch focused his lecture on the process of transiting from campus to the workforce and provided up-to-date information about the H-1B and other temporary and long-term visa options for international students and scholars. The Law Office of Matthew I. Hirsch has many years of experience helping international students make the transition from campus to the workplace.
