The Law Office of Matthew I. Hirsch is pleased to announce that its principal, Matthew I. Hirsch, has been invited to speak at the upcoming Annual Conference of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). The event will take place in New York City on June 15-18 and will be the first in-person annual conference since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. The conference also marks a celebration of the 75th anniversary of AILA’s founding in New York City in 1946.
Matt is excited to be on a panel alongside noted immigration law experts Jonathan Grode and Tahmina Watson. The panel, to be held on Friday, June 17, will focus on visa options for trainees and specialists. Specific topics will include a discussion of non-immigrant work visas such as H-3s and J-1s, tactics for developing a training program, and options for transition to other nonimmigrant categories, such as permanent residence.
