The Law Office of Matthew I. Hirsch is pleased to announce that its principle, Matthew I. Hirsch, will be a member of an upcoming panel presented by the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) entitled “Trends in PERM-Based I-140 RFEs and NOIDs.” The web seminar will be presented on July 20 at 2:00 and is open to AILA members in the U.S. and abroad. The program will focus on strategies for avoiding, anticipating and addressing Requests for Evidence and Notices of Intent to Deny arising from employment-based Petitions, with particular attention to challenges linked to the recent surge in “downgrade” filings, using CPT and OPT to satisfy experience requirements, how to deal with mid-process employer relocation, proving ability to pay after Covid-19, foreign degree equivalencies and other topics of interest to practitioners filing employment-based Petitions. Matt looks forward to working with Lynn Susser and Danielle Rizzo, recognized experts on business immigration law, to prepare and present this program.
