The Law Office of Matthew I. Hirsch is pleased to announce that its principal, Matthew I. Hirsch, has been invited to speak at the upcoming Annual Conference of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). The event will take place in Orlando, Florida on June 21-24.
Matt is excited to be on a panel alongside noted immigration law expert Danielle Rizzo and former AILA Presidents Leslie Holman and Kathleen Campbell Walker. The panel, to be held on Friday, June 23, is entitled “Tricky Turns for TN’s” and will focus on current trends and challenges with TN adjudications at the border and at consulates, with particular attention to some of the more challenging occupational categories including management consultants, scientific technicians/technologists, agriculturalists, economists, and other hard-to-define occupations. Specific topics will include selecting a port-of-entry, issues relating to licensure and credentialing, choosing between USCIS and CBP, how to prepare a TN for a business professional to achieve good results.
Matt is looking forward to joining with colleagues in Orlando, participating in discussions about emerging trends in business immigration and attending the AIC’s Immigrant Impact Awards ceremony and dinner with friends. For additional information on the Annual Conference, contact us.
